We invite you to the next EmergentSee Dialogue– "Money Can Heal: Creating a New Legacy of Wealth." The meeting will be at Taste of Art, Thursday, October 15th from 6pm-8pm. It is located at 4701 W. Lisbon Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53208. An amazing dinner buffet will be available for $5. At our last session we watched "Traces of the Trade," a powerful movie on the journey a white family took to see their family's role in the slave trade and their subsequent responsibilities. This session builds on ways that we can give to our communities to repair harm. It will focus on understanding our relationship with money and ways to become more abundant so that we have more to give to make our community a better place. If you missed the movie, it will be shown again this Sunday, location TBA.
Preparation Work: Carry a $100 bill in your pocket for a week. Think about how that makes you feel, what you do the same or different and how it impacts your life.
To Bring: Journal, pen, a treasured object that symbolizes abundance for you, a friend (or three)
